The orientation of drug policies in the region is going through a tense time, marked by some encouraging and other concerning news, both in Argentina and Latin America. And this is reflected in this edition of Intercambiando. On the eve of the IV Latin American Conference on Drug Policy, to be held on 5 and 6 December in Bogotá, these tensions will be central of the debate.
